The Junction Development
Group LLC. is a company whose main purpose is economic
development in Randolph, Boone, and Audrain Countys in Mid
Missouri. This will be achieved by development of a
Entertainment complex, along with retail, commercial, and industrial
facilities located in southern Randolph County.
The Junction Development
Group LLC. currently has plans to develop in the mid-Missouri
area on 440 acre track of land located just North East of
Hwy's 22 and 63, about twenty miles north of Columbia Missouri.
This facility will have a full scale Travel Center with fueling
and convenience store, and a Restaurant. This will be the first
structure completed in this project, and will start its construction as soon as the project is approved by the Randolph
County TIF commission.
This 440 acre project
will also be the proposed site of an approx. 240,000 square foot - 6500 permanent
seat Coliseum, with over 80,000 sq. ft. of retail and 60,000 sq.
ft. of office
space inside. The coliseum will showcase Horse shows, Motocross
racing, Concerts, Motivational events, and Trade Shows etc. The
development will also feature a Hotel, RV Park, Industrial Park,
a Night Club, various separate retail buildings, and a Motor-plex featuring a
small Dirt Track, a paved Road Course, and a ¼ mile Drag Strip.
This project plans to be completed by winter of 2010.
